DECLARATIONS & RULES

High Season 2019 

• from 27 April to 5 May 

• from 29 May to 10 June from 6 July to 24 August 

Low Season 2019 (During the low season we accept ADAC) 

• from 1 April to 27 April 

• from 5 Mai to 29 May 

• from 10 June to 6 July 

• from 24 August to 31 October 

We apply the RECRON standard conditions! 

Camping meadows: 

• When making a reservation, you can specify a field of your choice. Harles is a single “tent meadow”. Melleschet, Raeren, Holset, Rott en Camerig are meadows with comfort places. 

• The Melleschet and Harles fields have play facilities. 

• Only air-permeable mats be placed on the lawn. 

General: 

• You are welcome from 13:00 on the day of arrival. 

• For guests staying with us, the reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 daily. 

• We give you tips about the environment. 

• We eat from 12:00 till 13:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00. 

• Upon arrival, you can contact the receptionist via the intercom (right next to the entrance). 

• The day you leave, your space must be vacant at 12:00. 

• If your space is still free the next day, you have the possibility to book half a day on the day of departure. The cost is € 10,00 during the high season an € 5,00 during the low season. 

• From 21:00 to 8:00 there is absolute peace and quiet at the camping site. Tariff rules: 

• For Ascension of Christ and Whitsun, reservations are only possible if you book 3 or 4 nights at a time. 

• From 10 July to 20 August, you can reserve a minimum of 5 nights. 

• The comfort package includes a camping gear, for to persons, electricity (6 amps), waste water and water connection (1 water connection each, and a waste water drain for 2 places). (excl. tourist/environmental tax) 

• The camping package is intended for tents on the campsite and includes a camping gear, 2 people and electricity. (excl. tourist/environmental tax) 

• The trekker package is intended for hikers and cyclists and includes 1 trek tent and 2 persons. (excl. tourist/environmental tax) 

• If you put the luggage cart in the parking lot, the cost of an extra car will be charged during the high season. 

• For empty camping equipment, a rate of € 25.00 per night will be charged during the high season. 

• For empty camping equipment, a rate of € 5.00 per night will be charged during the low season. 

• In order to guarantee the large pitches, one camping site, one extra tent (with payment) and one car (in the parking lot) are allowed per campsite. 

• The tariff of an extra tent is only valid for children who still live at home. In other cases, the normal price of a camping gear will be charged. Rules for High Seasons & Low Season Reservations: HIGH SEASON: 

• In high season you can cancel free of charge until 4 weeks before the reserved arrival date. If you cancel within 4 weeks, you will receive a voucher, wich you can use to make up for your stay during the low season- the same or the following year. We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance. 

• Reservation: After receiving the first deposit (70% of the total accommodation) the reservation is final. 

• We are happy to receive the remaining amount before the arrival date stated in the booking confirmation. 

• During peak season, € 5.00 per campsite will be charged per reservation. 

• GoodWeatherGuarantee: By reserving, you will receive the GoodWeatherGuarantee from us. This warranty implies that if the weather is too bad, the days you don’t stay with us, these may later in the off season spend with us.The GoodWeatherGuaranty is valid during the current and the next camping season. 

LOW SEASON: 

• In the low season you can cancel a reservation for free. Reservations costs are not incurred.
